Forecasts cover upcoming hours after the latest confirmed price, starting no earlier than the current hour. The available horizon varies. As confirmed prices arrive, the forecast period moves forward.
The response has isEstimate: true. Each price has a start and end timestamp. If no forecasts are available, data is empty.
